Hotels are subject to availability at the time of receiving the final confirmation.

·         Therefore, in case of unavailability, we will be changing the hotel but it is difficult to guarantee that we can find hotel with the same price.

·         Due to this reason, the final tour cost may vary depending on the hotel.

·         In case if you mentioned specifically the room requirement we arrange it accordingly.

·         If the hotel or the room category does not match your preferences please let us know then we can change it based on your requirement.

·         And do note that changing the room categories may increase the final tour costing.

·         All prices are inclusive of service charges and Government taxes.

·         Transport (Package) price Includes accommodation for the driver/Guide.(If Accommodations are not available at Hotels)

·         The standard check in time is 1400hrs and check out time is 1100hrs

·         Given price will be vary depend on your travel dates

·         To confirm the tour, you must send exact flight ticket copy and passport copy

·         Payment of the travel price is due on the day of departure.

·         There will be no additional postage fees, booking fees or other hidden charges. Exchange rates are based on live on-day rates at the time of booking and are not subject to change.

·         You can pay the total price of your booked tour by paying the 20% - 30% advance payment from the given price and remain on arrival to Sri Lanka.

·         You can do payment easily through our payment Gateway or do direct bank transfer.

• Cancellations made prior 30 days from the scheduled start of a tour, 80% of total tour fee will be refunded.
• Cancellations made with less than 30 days from the start of a tour - Zero refund
• No Show - Zero refund
